Queens are tough and resilient. They adapt well to our spring climate and typically last into late fall. Queens are great for planting in pots and in landscape beds. They have a thin, grayish-textured trunk with a long, wispy head.
We sell a lot of taller 14–18 ft field-grown Queens for pool areas or as a statement piece in front of a house. They hold up well in the wind and require average watering.
A machine is required to move and plant the field-grown sizes.
Care Instructions
Moderate water and trim bottom fronds when they are brown.
