Planning your tropical paradise with Resort Palms is a big deal.
You probably have questions—and we have answers.

It depends on the plant. Most of your plants/palms will go through 4 phases: adjusting from Florida (May or early spring), Acclimation (June), Thriving (July-September/October).
All of our palm trees and tropical plants need water to survive and remain green and lush. Please refer to our product/care section for detailed instructions on your specific plant.
Resort Palms sells healthy products, but the longevity and condition are dependent on the ongoing care you provide.
No, we do not. Windmill Palms are the hardest palm we have seen. However, even though we have seen a few that have lasted a few years, we are not confident enough to sell them as a palm that will last year-round.
We have heard many people bring palms in garages, wrapping in lights, wrapping in burlap, placing in a sunroom, etc. Resort Palms will always tell you: it does not hurt to try. However, we have not seen a method where the palm consistently makes it over winter. Each variety will respond differently, so some may last a little longer inside. Resort Palms treats all its products as seasonal annuals.
We have licensed and reputable contracted growers located in South Florida.
We typically bring product to our Delaware location sometime between the last week of April to the first week of May. It depends on the weather at that time. Our first load is placed in our lit warehouse to protect from possible colder weather.
We deliver locally, within 20 minutes of Selbyville, DE. Deliverability depends on size of order and availability of labor.
We can assist in organizing third party deliveries for larger orders.
Customers who are purchasing a few palms should visit our garden center on the advertised open days/hours.
However, commercial or large orders should be placed by April 1st.
