Palms

Coconut, Adonidia, Queen, Robellini: Full or Partial Sun, Plenty of water at base (root) and spray leaves (fronds) Growth of Palm: Palms will defoliate bottom fronds first. You will notice yellowing, browning, and finally dry crisp leaves (entire leaf). At that point you may trim or it may naturally shed. The growth of tree is in the formation of a growth spike located in the center of head. This process is normal in palms and will be seen in late spring to earlier summer. By middle of summer the process will slow and head will thicken.
