The Red Sister Cordyline is a vibrant tropical plant known for its striking pink and deep purple foliage. New growth emerges as bright pink leaves that stand upright from the center of the plant. As the leaves mature, they gradually deepen to rich shades of purple. Older leaves at the bottom will naturally shed over time, or they can be removed to keep your Red Sister looking clean and pristine.
Care Instructions
This plant thrives in partial sun to shade and prefers average watering, making it well-suited for tropical landscape beds with plenty of overhead coverage. Its bold coloration adds an eye-catching pop in areas where flowering plants may struggle. Red Sisters also perform beautifully in containers, especially on covered porches or shaded patios.
